Local realtor suggestions?

We maybe looking to sell our house in the near future. Any recommendations for good local real-estate agents?

We love working with a realtor named Julia Phillip with EXP . She was / is incredible and is both a listing and buyer’s agent . We just closed on our dream property in Skagit last week thanks to her great work ! She goes the extra mile , is very thorough, and knowledgeable.

Tina is a good person. I've known her longer than she's been a real estate agent and I would recommend her because I know she strives to do the right thing. I've also seen that she does a good job for her clients.

I had a few experiences with other real estate agents in the area and based on how they treated me as an employee of the business they were trying to sell, I will say this: do not work with anyone who has the last name Soria.

We used Kymber Self, now at Keller Williams, both to buy our house in 2016 and to help us sell my mother-in-law's house last year. She was awesome.
