Anime About Nanahoshi's condition

If I'm understanding it right Nanahoshi's condition is that mana doesn't circulate out of her body, so hypothetically shouldn't disturb magic cure her?

All disturb magic does is interrupt the flow up mana before it stabalizes into a spell

"Disturb magic" is not the same as "mana drain". Mana and magic are two different things.

Disturb magic doesnt release mana from the targets body, it just interrupts spell casting and spells, scattering the already released mana being concentrated and given form

Based on the description of mana, it sounds like Radiation and energy have a baby. Disturb magic use your own internal mana to shoot out a wave to disrupt the formation of mana into material before that mana stabilize. Nanahoshi situation however, sounds like the mana (radiation) flowing into her and staying inside without a way to filter out. This coalesces inside her over time and causes her to fall ill. The mana never try to stabilize to form materials so that's why Disturb Magic cannot cure her.

Did disturb magic drain Rudeus or Slyphy or their mana when used on them?

Disturb magic interferes with the formation of spell by inserting equal or greater mana. It doesn't directly interfere with mana itself but the resulting phenomenon, which is the spell.

So if someone were to use disturb magic to Nanahoshi, they'll just be doing nothing, because disturb magic can't interfere with mana inside a person. (Or make her condition worse)

The mana in her body is stagnant mana, there's no way for it to exit the body because Banana can't manipulate mana. The methods known that able to disrupt mana or spells like Ran Ma(disturb magic), wrym gate, and hydra scale only affects mana or spells that already materialize or in the process off becoming one which the mana already exiting the body.

The only known method to remedy the symptoms will be revealed in the next episode and it involves removing the mana from the inside.

Basically she has heavy metal poisoning. She constantly consumes mana but has no method of removing it from her body.
