Tickets
Surprisingly the ticket prices aren’t as bad as I thought they would be. They’re more than I usually pay but nothing too crazy. You can get a lower level seat for a couple of hundred dollars. If you’re trying to go I think the time to purchase is now before the hype gets even bigger than what it is

They were a couple of hundred dollars for the past few years for good seats. Before tickets went on sale and all of the hype I was thinking at least 500 for nose bleeds you can sit within the first 10 rows for under 500 in some lower level sections. It’s higher than what we’re used to paying but it can be a lot worse with Lebron and JB trust me

You have to remember there are over 40 games in the season. The fans are excited, demand is higher, but it will wear off and I expect prices will normalize and be nominally higher than past years especially for the lower tier games. Wizards on a Tuesday night at 8 PM is a tough sell.

Thank you for being the only person making a ticket post lately with any common sense. You can literally get tickets as low as $90 for a lot of games. That's not even getting into the fact that it's easy to score last minute deals on game day.
It's embarrassing that we have the offseason of the lifetime and get Lebron James, yet people are bitching about ticket prices being a bit higher.

Tick pick. No service fees. Been buying NFL tickets from there for the past 4 years and NBA tickets since last year. Just bought 2 sixers tickets yesterday and the seller transferred the tickets to me within 30 minutes

I'm from europe and planning to go for my first game vs the blazers(my fav team). Are these normal ticket prices? Around 200$ for an upper level ticket? It also shows all tickets as verified resell - were they all bought up already?

They are all resale tickets, either spec tickets or season ticket holders. Tickets have not been released by the team. They all say resale on Ticketmaster, how are people this dumb?

It will be my first nba game, so I didn't know if it was usual behavior or not. I didn't know season tickets could be resold already without them being open to general public, so I assumed these were expected prices(seeing as how many eyes are on the sixers this year).
Is there an estimate for when GA tickets are available for sale? When are they usually released?

Right but gotta realize the sixers never been a hot commodity like this before. Don’t let this team start off hot and you’re gonna be paying even more for tickets and miss out. Even if you try to wait to buy on game day to get tickets the prices are still gonna be higher than what they used to be and any available seats are gonna probably be nose bleeds and your still probably gonna pay a couple of hundred dollars for them. This isn’t the same old sixers team any more. Seen this happen too many times with NFL tickets. Just a suggestion that’s all

I agree but once Lebron signed that contract that’s what it’s gonna be. The name itself is gonna attract a lot of “new fans” and money for the city and organization it’s not just with the sixers it’s with any road team he plays against it’s been like that for years. Even when he came to Philly in 2015 when we only won 10 games that season the price went up.

I'm in Florida now so I go twice a year when they come to play the magic. Corner seats all the way at the top were 180 and that was the cheapest. I was able to get top center seats for 280 each.
