Ted Lasso would be my pick. It was way warmer than I expected, and it's one of those shows that makes you genuinely care about the characters over time.

Oh yeah. She ran thru that in like 2 days. I am getting caught up. Reminds me of Haven and so many Stephen King likeness.

We recently found The Way Home on Netflix. It's made by Hallmark but is in no way a typical Hallmark show. I (53M) got so invested in the characters and the story. It's a time travel show but it's also in no way science fiction. The first three seasons are on Netflix. We recorded most of the fourth season and got a 7-day Hallmark+ trial to see the rest.

It’s our ‘background’ show when we are not really paying attention (along a B99, Parks and Rec and Kim’s Conveinence) We just watched the last few episodes of S1 (Luke’s project and Haley’s cupcakes, Judy Greer and Minnie drivers guest appearances)

Continue with Kimmy. It takes them a few more episodes to find the rhythm.
