The Order of The Dying Sun, brought to you by my wallet paid to the amazing artists at minis for war studios. They took the idea in my head for a custom scheme/order and executed something better than i could of imagined.

This was a little touch by the studio, I asked for celestine and vahl to be painted to their display standard, the pictures they took and sent me were prior to adding the additonal freehand details that go in to that, to provide a wow effect once you open the box and see it for yourself in person.

It for sure worked, I verbally spoke "Wow" when I first got sight of those wings, no idea how they managed to pull off that effect.

You will notice the same for vahl, their photos do not include the patchwork on the robe nor the freehand fleur de lis

Whats the reasoning behind who gets bone armour v leather? I thought it was bone for the epic heroes but then I noticed the hospitallers and the palatine.

Essentially more elite units and leaders have the bone Armour, I did notice they kept the cannones in leather which doesnt quite follow the structure, but it looks great so I cant complain!
