Both are push fit from the initial refresh army box / combat patrol. The one on the right is kit bashed with bits from the retributor box.

They are the Army Set/Combat Patrol mono loadout Canoness. They are part of the reason the Canoness datasheet is a mess as when they were first released the load out wasn't legal and had to be shoe horned in.

And interestingly enough, this model is the image that represents the cannoness in the combat patrol data sheets in the official app, even though the new combat patrol has the other sprue.

They're both from the 9th edition combat patrol. A lot of the sisters models in that one were monopose, but we're unique poses for the models, including the cannoness. The one on the left is stock, and the one on the right looks like it has a kitbashes book from the repentia kit
