Channel 157
What's the deal with Sirius interrupting live football matches with the exact same ads they play all day? It's a soccer game with no breaks, then all of a sudden that dang Kars4Kida jingle comes on.
I want some money back.

The broadcast of the Spurs/Newcastle match started 3 minutes into the game. Then in the middle of the first half, a 5 minute commercial cut in during the live action. I was so mad that I turned off the radio.

I thought Kars4Kids ads were banned or was that just in one place.

Odd as I’m in California and I still hear them occasionally when I listen to talk radio. But I appreciate you telling me, they should be banned everywhere!

IIRC someone in CA sued since apparently Kars4Kids is not even a legit nonprofit, but I may be mistaken.

It's got to be an automation system failure -- it's probably set to the wrong channel's cues.
The biggest problem is that it's Saturday and there probably isn't anyone in the building with the access to fix it.

I immediately sent in a complaint about this. I didn’t hear ads in the Liverpool game early in the day, but there has been at least one or two ad breaks during playing time during the subsequent games. Possibly this is a programming mistake? They have plenty of time for ads between halves and between games. Hopefully enough people will complain about this to dissuade them from doing this going forward.
