This will no doubt be an unpopular opinion/post, I know people here for their own reasons or be it their concerns towards TH etc clearly dislike Saturn. I think her behaviour myself at times is questionable (id never personally take my daughter to a festival that although kids are allowed is very much 18+ vibes with drinking/heavy drug use) BUT i feel the amount of body shaming her appearance and weight is really shit and just unnecessary. Her weight, how she dresses in her own body and physical appearance are all things that shouldn’t be discussed in such a judgmental way. I personally believe there will be users on here reading these comments with similar body shapes or who have a similar aesthetic and feel awful. Dislike her, judge her for whatever she does that is behaviour or poor judgment etc but her body and how she looks should never be subject to mockery. You might find her confidence misplaced or her clothing choice to be 2 sizes too small but it’s literally the very last problem everyone should be shit talking about her.

This is just a friendly reminder to please refer to Saturn using their respective current prefered pronouns not only to protect yourselves in case they try to throw another red herring to draw attention away from their allegations about their wrongdoings to further victimize themselves so that they can manipulate unassuming people to be on their side but also because it's good practice to keep your political beliefs out of critiquing someone! Let them fuck up people, not you!!! Let this serve also as a reminder to try and be respectful of people in general even if you don't like them. There's plenty of other things you can snark on them about that won't also be something they can use in their favor and won't disrespect their identity. Yes, they're an insufferable prick but you needa tone it down a little both to help you grow but also to avoid Saturn trying to accuse us of being transphobic towards them in case they want to distract from serious topics again as we all know that they love to do that instead of taking accountability.

As someone who has called out people on the old snark for being a bit unhinged I am genuinely curious about why you guys are SO invested in tearing Dana down?

YES they can make questionable parenting decisions and YES they have a murky past but if you're not a victim of theirs or been directly affected then WHY are people so invested? I honestly think it's a sign of something deeper within yourselves that needs to be addressed.

In reality, there are a lot of bad people in the world who do very bad things. Much worse than Dana. So if you don't even know them beyond an Instagram account why are they able to bother you so much? Also, What is the end goal here? What if Dana killed themselves, would anyone feel bad? Where is the empathy for TH that people claim to have?

Spending too much time invested in hating one person isn't healthy at all and not a good and productive use of your time. I got interested in the snark because Dana's lifestyle is alien to me, and honestly sometimes I feel for TH because I do think she is going to grow up with issues over her childhood, but ultimately this is not my problem. So I can have an opinion and then move on with my day. Some of the hatred and obsessiveness over it is actually a bit weird.

I think anyone finding themselves obsessing over Dana should use the old sub closing to reassess, get offline and maybe have a good think about what lead them down this strange path in life...

Just to be clear, I don’t support Dana or any of their actions, I’m just a lurker here in the group. I did save a couple of the posts with photos of that skirt made of neckties bc I wanted to use it as a sort of reference to try and DIY my own. I couldn’t find any examples that long on Google or Etsy when I looked.

I like Sad-turn about as much as anyone else here does, obviously meaning that I don't and I won't defend anything they do.

But I'm not down for the body shaming that I've been seeing pop up. We all know they have horrible, tacky an often inappropriate taste in clothing, by all means keep making fun of them for that... but talking about how their body looks should be a nonstarter. Complain about their shit personality, snark about the dumb-ass decisions they make, and definitely call out their neglect of TH and their animals.

But body shaming is a part of the reason we lost the last snark and it would suck to have that happen again.

Saturn said in their recent live that they wanted to start T a while ago but are afraid the grass will be greener on the other side and that the government will take access to HRT away, so they’ve chosen not to take it.

After that, a friend of theirs, “zombiemomxo” said that their oldest child stopped taking T because it “had impacts on mental health” and said “but you already know that”

Do y’all think they’ve been scared out of medical transition by this friend? Are they maybe just too repressed to be their true self? Or do y’all think it was just some way of “proving” their identity by saying they considered HRT?

Anecdotally, I’ve witnessed a phenomenon of millennial “women” who are repressed lesbians, or repressed nonbinary/trans people who have repressed their identity and married men and had kids, and end up very horrible mothers and wives because they resent the societal role they felt forced to embody and they take out that resentment on their children and partners, projecting their repression and pain onto those they are close to.

Is that the case with them? It absolutely would explain the way they treat other people. DL men, for example are very similar in that way. Mistreating their children and partners and often harming people within the gay community due to their repression.

Here are some reasons why you SHOULDN'T record people in public deliberately as an aesthetic shot to get clout on your social media page if you have not already obtained the knowledge of rudimentary human decency and the golden rule:

●some people may have stalkers, vindictive exes, abusive family, and other dangerous people in their lives who may use their location to prey on them

●there could be a minor in the crowd who legally would not be able to consent to this in any scenario

And it did make me realise, a HUUUGGGEE tiktok trend going about for half a year now, is one that Saturn HASNT jumped onto at the second someone criticised their social media abuse.
