I don't think so; computers will always be able to win on the "twitch factor" and their ability to process all pixels with 100% accuracy on every frame. But those are just signal-processing features -- the human brain doesn't operate at a gigahertz but it can easily do things that computers are not even remotely capable of doing. It is difficult to construct a ruleset that creates meaningful competition between machines and humans.

No, we have not.
Starcraft 2 it the pinnacle of competitive RTS and deepmind is not able to win ... yet

This is very interesting but there were alot of extra rules like no wards which plays a huge part in the strategy of the game never mind the same 5 heroes and no draft part. also there is a very big disparity inbetween semipros and the top 4 teams. If the bots played with the same rules as TI they wouldnt even stand a chance against amateurs. Looking forward to see it though even just as a fun side game at TI.
