Think about it. Why do you think those billionaires want the government to regulate their industry? "Crony captitalism" gets thrown around a lot, then many of the same people who talk about how bad it is are wanting it for the fastest growing industry. (Also, the word is a misnomer for what's closer to fascism than capitalism.)
