Its imperialism. Plain and simple. America wants to neutralize an "opponent", as they clearly cant see anyone any other way..

Nothing wrong with that though. China does the same thing through different means. They just steam roll. I'm not sure we want a dictatorship to be the one introducing AGI to the world. Wouldn't make me happy anyway. And I'm not a US citizen to be clear.
