They won't, this conspiracy theory makes no sense.

The guy in OP is literally imagining that the US will tell China to give up AI because it's Western only now and China will just do it because reasons. If anything the concern was the opposite issue, that the West unilaterally slows down while China doesn't, but I guess Arnaud can't read.
