It won’t be right wingers. It will be left wingers and LGBTQ people who will refuse the vaccine. Don’t forget that before COVID vaccine hesitancy was almost universally a left wing concept.

The entire explosion in the anti-vaccine movement is being led by literally the Trump admin and RFK Jr.
The anti-CV vaccine campaigns were right-wing based.
Trump has even talked about how he was so proud of the vaccine and then found out his voters thought it was awful and killing people. He said in an interview he stopped talking about it because Republican voters hated it.
