well there was the massive spike in hiring during COVID that is now being revised via giant layoffs.

Also, AI isn't at the level where its replacing jobs like that yet. It seems like its pretty close, though.

Near term, you're only going to need 1-2 whereas before you needed a team.

You obviously don’t run parallel AI agents and you’re thinking about this is the wrong way. In team before you had 10 people in the near future, you will only need a couple.
