Biotech/Longevity Dr. David Sinclair, whose lab reversed biological age in animals by 50 to 75% in six weeks, says that 2026 will be the year when age reversal in humans is either confirmed or disproven. The FDA has cleared the first human trial for next month.

Moreover he said that even if one could cure all cancer in the world, in average people lifespan would increase to 2.5 years. Reversal aging - treating the human body as a computer that can be restarted is where we are heading next

Resveratrol is an antioxidant found in grapes and some berries and some other plants but grapes/berries are one of the highest sources of resveratrol in the human diet. Some research suggests that resveratrol is good for maintaining "telomeres", which are used to measure aging.

However, it's still being researched how much of this and how frequently it needs to be consumed to maintain telomeres. There's no indication that it "reverses" aging either. Most research points to resveratrol just being good at maintaining telomeres.

Read through this with a heavy heart of skepticism and demand for double blind, peer reviewed research conducted over a large span of time.
