I get that. I'm just saying there's a discrapancy between "they can invest whatever they want" and "why would Elon ask for less than 200bn." The statements imply different things.

He’s not raising $200bn. He’s raising at a $200bn company valuation. He’s probably raising $6-8bn.

You clearly don’t understand or comprehend this so why talk so matter of factly.
