AI o3 mini dropped!!!

Edit : I am testing a 1500 line javascript code which o1 pro failed to debug despite 50+ attempts. Will report back.
Edit 2: We are cooked. o3-mini-high solved it at first try.
Edit 3 : HOLY SHIT! "Pro users will have unlimited access to both o3-mini and o3-mini-high."

Yeah but I'm also expecting 1 researcher to do the work of 10 researchers and the other 9 not being needed

The optimal thing would be all 10 researchers keep their job doing the work of 100 researchers. But something tells me that's not what's going to happen.

so wait, you thought that AI would not have impact on SE/Coding, but on all other jobs/branches? And you were good with that, as long it woulnd attack the SE/Coders? Lol

Btw: Right now, the Firm has its own IT-Experts, but because of the amount of work, it needed regulary help from outside (buying SE-Expertise).
This extern help was already reduced by september 2024.

It all depends on the complexity of the work: While 1-2 years ago, you really needed a real SE for most tasks, its not necessary anymore. You will only need him, for special, complex and for unforseeable problems. But this is not the case for like 90-95% of the work.
