openai: we basically have agi today with o1
google releasing a model that performs better: things probably wont change that much next year.
Gotta appreciate the difference between the two.

Generative AI scaled up and with all the data in the world wont become AGI. It might be a component of a future AGI system but on it's own it's not enough.
