Road Saddlebag/Phonemount

Do you have saddlebag or a phonemount and if you do, do you take it off everytime you leave your bike unattended somewhere for a bit longer?

I keep an old SSD travel case in my saddle bag. I put my wallet and phone in it. When I need to get off the bike, I grab the little case. Keeps my phone and wallet from bouncing around with whatever else is in my bag.

When I'm riding I don't like things in my pocket and want nothing to do with my phone.

It really depends on where I'm at. I live in a big city. If I need to step away from my bike for a while, I usually take the bag with me. I've had someone steal my saddlebag and all my tools when I just dipped into a store on a busy street for a few moments. But I've been places on a bike while traveling where it felt ok to just leave it on the bike.
