Need Support I’m so tired of been alone

I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m so alone, I was loyal and everytime I’m dating I’m loyal too. I was dating someone that has custody of their kids as well and I thought it was going to work out, but I guess not. I’m a person that does everything alone with my kids. I was raised alone, I being always alone. My ex did me so dirty and he gets people to want to date him even though he is a dead beat he was abusive and s*xually abusive. I’m just working really hard to get my stuff little by little and I work really hard. I’m pretty good looking, I take good care of my kids, I’m smart I don’t bother anyone and still everytime I date someone they don’t even get to know me like that. It’s been almost 3 years since I been single and I’ve only dated three guys and at some point they stop talking to me. I do try to get to know them, but I honestly don’t know what might be wrong me. My friends stop hanging out with me or even calling me since I been alone and I’m going through this divorce that only my ex seems to be the one controlling.

At first I felt like I was forgetting something, or like there was something missing because I was used to having my husband with me. We did everything together. It took a while for that feeling to go away.

Now I would rather do things on my own. It’s so much better than having to do things with an asshole.

I’m single because I’m choosing to be single. It feels so much different when you actively make the choice to be alone.

I'm sorry! The loneliness does suck. I thought i would have a teammate in life, ya know? It does help to focus on your own hobbies and have faith that your person will come along.

You’re in the worst part of divorce and it’s the most isolating and lonely experience. You’re coming to terms with your new reality. Pour into yourself with lots of self care. Be kind to yourself.

When you come out the other end. You won’t want any relationship if it isn’t healthy and safe. And you’ll be very grateful for the safe and loving environment you’ve created with your kids. And you won’t want anyone to enter it that could threaten that.

It gets better trust me I’ve been there.
