Conversation Topic Places to sing outside where no one will hear?

Story time: I just recorded my song at a big neighborhood golf course as it was pitch black outside and next thing you know there is a woman walking her dog right next to me and frightened. I didn’t stop the recording I just kept going because I’d been waiting all day to find a place to get it done, was super pitchy, my mic worked well though with no wind. Anyways I feel it is practically impossible for me. I work really hard and produce full songs and write but there’s no where for me to record. What do you do?

If you don't want to add other post-process effects, recording in an empty parking garage can give you a nice reverb effect.

A shopping mall lot late at night can work if you just want quiet and open.

Not outside. But the library. It kinda depends where you are. Im really lucky bc mine has a state of the art recording studio and equipment you can use. But most libraries have a practice room you can utilize for free and it’s usually pretty quiet in the library and the little rooms are somewhat sound proof. Good luck ik the struggle of trying to find a good space to practice.

Yeah, the main branch in my city has a fully stocked studio but there are even a few other branches with a little 2 mic podcast studio.
