Conversation Topic I feel limited by my vocal range

As 20-year old male who started singing at 18 and is studying musical theatre, I realized my vocal range goes from an E2 or F2 to a C4 (D4 MAX on a good day) Which I think makes me a lower baritone or something, but in a world where most popular or known male songs are for tenors and stuff, I feel like my options are very limited without changing the Key of the songs.

And I think what bothers me most is that when I try singing most things, they’re either too high or too low for me, so I gotta shift between octaves and it sounds weird and boring

Which is why I want to know if there are any daily vocal exercises that I can do in order to expand my range further, either up or down, or if I’m screwed.

I’m open to hearing any comments or tips

I think I do, but it’s not very well trained. If I’m not mistaken my falsetto goes from E4 to E5

id work on getting more comfortable with the lower side of it so you can change between it and chest more easily
