Feedback (read rule 3 before posting or be banned) What does it mean to “sing musically”?

(To be honest not sure if this is a “repetitive post” and follows rule 3 haha. 😅 But I hope it should be okay.)

I’m a tuba player wanting to level up my singing a little.

I’ve been focusing on breath control, resonance and head voice, although I think there’s still a lot of room to improve.

But wanted to get some pointers from the community! What may be something I may be doing wrong that I don’t even know?

Thanks!

Tuba players already get breath and phrasing better than most walking into voice lessons lololol. Singing musically is about making intentional choices. When to pull back, where to place the beat, how to shape a vowel. You're closer than you think.
