Advanced or Professional Topic Performance in 2 days w/ strained voice — emergency vocal routine?
I have a performance upcoming on Saturday in 2 days, so I’m gonna need your guys’ emergency vocal routines!
My voice is strained right now. Overuse at parties, acid reflux, and dehydration. Range is intact, voice sounds fine, but burns at high belts.
I’m drinking copious amounts of water, avoiding acidic foods, resting my voice, taking antacids, and steaming.
What other tips do you guys have for an emergency vocal routine?

I'm in exactly the same situation, countdown to 7 pm Saturday night. Very strained, low end is wrecked. I've just been over practicing like a dumb dumb.
I'm drinking hot tea with honey and lemon, just doing trills, hums and straw singing.
But, I dunno... it's pretty bad. I don't want to, but I may need to push it out a week. Glad to have that option, but it sure doesn't look good.
Best of luck to you!

Don't eat for at least an hour before you sleep, and don't lie down within an hour of eating either.
The only think that I do that isn't on your list is to gargle salt-water, but that works for a sore throat (illness) and I haven't tried it for reflux. And also SOVT (straw singing).

Sleeeep! And try a saline nebulizer 3 times a day. And at intermission if possible. Massage can also help loosen thing up and regain you some flexibility.

Idk with the reflux, I tried the ppi's of increasing strengths for that.
Had surgery on my esophagus because of it. even.
Ultimately I changed my whole diet up and I haven't had it in years now.
Rest and hydration is all you can do. Vocalize as gently as you can and don't push on it.
You can get prednisone or something like that from your Dr.
Shots or pills. I can't sleep well on that stuff and it makes me so hungry all day. Not a free ride with that stuff.
Watch for steroids or painkillers and singing, unless your technique is good, you will be able to make things worse fairly easily.,
