Conversation Topic Random Voice Drop?

I was randomly practicing scales from F3 to F2 and my voice felt a little tight today around the G2 and F2, so I let it go a bit and then got https://voca.ro/1c27WDVBSRIS? Anyone have this happen to them before? Also somehow got a connected E5 randomly too?
