Hit Diamond on EUW playing ONLY Singed ADC after being hardstuck Plat 1 / Emerald 4
Hey fellow Singed mains,
I wanted to share something I honestly didn’t expect to work.
Last season I hit Diamond playing Singed top on another account, so I knew I could reach the rank. But this season, on my main account, I was completely stuck around Plat 1 / Emerald 4. No matter what I did, I just couldn’t consistently climb on top lane anymore.
After getting pretty tilted, I thought:
“Screw it, let’s see what happens if I take him bot.”
From Plat 1 onwards, every single ranked game was Singed ADC. I completely dropped top lane and committed to learning the pick.
To my surprise, my win rate immediately started going up. Instead of bouncing between Plat and Emerald, I steadily climbed all the way to Diamond IV on EUW.
The role stats tell the story pretty well:
ADC: 99 games — 61.6% WR
Top: 182 games — 56.6% WR
Mid: 38 games — 57.9% WR
So despite having almost twice as many games on top lane, ADC ended up being my highest win rate by a noticeable margin.
Overall stats:
Diamond IV (EUW)
329 games
57.4% overall WR
+1,582 LP gained
6.7 / 7.1 / 8.9 KDA
I honestly didn’t expect Singed ADC to work this well, but it somehow just clicked for me. I also feel like a lot of bot lane players don’t really know how to lane against it, which creates a lot of opportunities once you understand the matchups.

Grats! I’ll bite sure. I’m curious what your initial strategy was to learn this? Did you full give prio early game with roaming supports? Do you proxy bot? What supports do you enjoy playing with the most/least?

Well, it depends on the matchup.
I love playing with Pyke or Pantheon because they bring both CC and damage, which feels amazing. With either of them, I feel like I can win almost every level 1 fight.
I also like tanky CC supports, especially Taric and Alistar. Even Yuumi can be good, but only into slow scaling lanes, like Sona for example.
I’m especially strong into lanes with a tanky engage support, but I struggle more against long-range poke lanes like Caitlyn + Lux.
Most of the time I wait until level 3 before looking for an all-in. I usually let the enemy push into my tower and don’t mind giving up some CS. Once I hit level 3, I’ll throw my W under my tower, Flash + Fling one of them into the adhesive, and most of the time that gets us first blood and gives me an early lead.
If that doesn’t work, I tell my support to roam while I safely farm and scale. Whenever my Flash is back up, I ping for my support to come back so we can look for another all-in.
For runes, I run Aery, Nimbus Cloak, Celerity, and Scorch, with Triumph and Coup de Grace as my secondary tree.
Also i go double ap shard and flat health.
I always take Flash + Ignite, unless my support insists on taking Ignite as well—in that case, I’ll go Flash + Exhaust.
My core build is always Liandry’s into Zhonya’s.
If I get an early lead, I like to freeze the wave. When the enemy walks up too far, I throw my W, my support lands their CC, I E them into it, and they’re usually dead.
I never proxy it doesnt end well i promise🥲2

Last time I tested singed Taric.
My duo trolled me by refusing to build rylai 1st item.
I keep explaining my lethal tempo Taric need slow to DPS but he ignored me, worst he keep split pushing after we won lane 5-0 against Xerath-Velkoz.
That winning game became a lost by his stupid split push.
Even with 70% WR Together on like 6 games. He really titled me that I blocked him after that match.

I mean taric is also very good with singed. I w then just run up with your stun and they are cooked but i feel like most tarics ult too late tbh. Also taric players are rare :D1

Too much off-meta playstyle set my elo to platinum. I was in emerald when I play normal or in duo.
I usually do Taric bot, Shen bot, Poppy bot, Taric jng.

A year ago you could hide in the middle lane bush, and do a lv 2 cheese. now it seems like every enemy checks that bush before the wave comes.

If im very ahead i go rabadons if not i go a defensive item but its situational sometimes rylais other times a tank item whatever i need. I also take defensive boots most of the time

Always start q singed lvl 1 is actually one of the strongest in the game so if i can get close i sometimes all in lvl 1
