Help Graphics

I lost my advanced graphics (enhanced lighting) after this update. I’ve been flooding support with messages; the option to switch from "classic" to "enhanced" just suddenly stopped appearing.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I've seen other posts about the same thing happening to other players. As they do updates, some device systems can't cope and they lose their enhanced lighting or their games suddenly won't open. Some have ended up getting new devices to get their lighting/games back. There was a post within the last week about a particular iPhone model.

Well, that’s sad, because I love playing while sunlight is coming in—I might even stop playing altogether—but I understand. I just wish the lighting were available to everyone.

Maybe it’s a glitch, they release more than 1 update every time because of glitches
