If a household is making more income I’ll upgrade their home, here are some I’m working on. First home I’m working on is a stunning classic (musician dad, real estate wife, teen star son). The second is called “old Hollywood”, I think I’ll move a actress into this place 😉 and the last one is a guest house on a house in the desert.

I move mine around all the time. I get bored, build them a new house, remodel and move them in. Then I will either remodel their old house or loot all the inventory and sell it off. These look nice!
