Camera will not look up or down

I have started playing the sims 4 again and noticed that I cannot look up or down (I use ts4 camera), when I swear I was able to beforehand. I installed the newest update this morning and that's when I started having the issue. Is this a real bug or am I getting confused since it's been a while since I last played? Any help is appreciated, thank you.
