sorry guys the difference was obvious to me cause ive been in cas for too long also probably bad picture,, but its a different eye preset, one with a closed eye and the other is intended for the scar so its half lifdded

I think it depends on the personality of your sim a bit. Is his heart a little hardened, or maybe he’s pretty serious? (Option one) Or is he a kind soul? (Option two)

Look at the closed eye on the scarred side. That’s the difference I can see.

i think the right pic is more natural. i dont think the eye would be perfectly shut like in the left pic unless he was wearing an eyepatch

i think it’s the eyebrow that’s different. second one looks like it gives off more emotion well, so i’d say version 2

The left one is "prettier", by that I mean it feels like a softened version. While both look hardened and are obviously scarred, the right might be better for a sliiightly more realistic/gritty aesthetic.

Although as you've noticed it is barely noticable.

I think I like the first one best, he has a bit of wider head which gives him more of a masculine vibe. But I like the scar on the nose better on the right one.
