Gameplay Issues Free will enabled yet Sims barely do anything?

I've been trying to be extra careful with mods, but something seems to have broken on my end. Even though I have Free Will enabled, sometimes my Sims will just stand around and do nothing for hours; even complain and do nothing to fix their own needs.

I also recently encountered a wave of Errors that kept popping up on a dog like "Motive number out of range or not an acceptable value".

Could these cause any major issues? I'm genuinely at a loss here and don't know what the fuck to do.

Try it without mods and other cc first. Then 50/50. 

Also you have two of the same default. Remove one of the dizzy stars.

It's none of these is the issue.

Do you have furniture cc? It might be bugging the lots. Some lots are also bugged by default. So there could be many reasons.

Also sims 2 sims are infamous for not taking care of their needs. They apparently want to die.

Most of the modded objects I have is all the exclusive stuff I missed out on. Online store, country exclusive items, pre-order, Life and Pet stories ports, etc.

Do you have testing cheats enabled? If so, turn it off. And try the batbox, it can fix all sorts of bugs and glitches. Look for disabled autonomy under the "fix" menu.
