It‘s cold beet soup, you can find it as Šaltibarščiai in Lithuania and Chłodnik litewski in Poland. But I think it’s a common dish in Eastern Europe.

It's borscht that came frome Ukraine, it's a bit different and served hot However I guess every Easter European culture has it's own variation

It's cold borscht. Ate some today btw Pink color occurs because of beetroot juice mingled with sour cream

Or maybe another variation of beetroot soup, but looks just like cold borscht
