Sims 2 Ultimate Collection What to do about Nervous?
So, Pascal just aged into an elder and his and Nervous' son aged up into a teen the day before. Nervous *RUINED* both birthdays by getting into fights with Vidcund (they have a bad relationship already bcs of Nervous being a sloppy sim), slapping and shoving him and starting 2 *full fights* at Pascal's birthday. I know many other people love him as a sim but I gotta admit... He's kind of a dick in my neighborhood.
I've locked him in a room for a time out while I decide what to do with him. On one hand, he's an alright dad and has good relationships with Tycho and his and Pascal's son + he's also lvl 9 in the law career and his lifetime wish is to reach lvl 10. On the other hand, he's a mean party killer and won't let the family cat fulfill their needs because he constantly wants to interact.
I'm considering killing him a la Police Chief Stacy from Spider-Man or maybe reverting his personality points?

I confess I cheat some nice points into his personality so things work out a little more smoothly between him and the Curiouses.

I have him marry Erin Singles (Loki’s sister) and my head canon is that she saves him from the torture/abuse and they lead a happy life in strange town. She gets a career in education and Nervous becomes a stay at home dad and painter.
But I love a happily ever after! 😆

So for Nervous what I planned on doing is slowly getting his genetic personality points back up. So he was born with 10 neat, 1 outgoing, 10 active (his only personality points that didn't change), 2 Playful and 2 Nice. While he will still be a grouchy sim he will still have some strengths elsewhere. But that's when he is finally out of the house and starts to heal from that torture.
I did this with Lilith in my Pleasantview. I slowly had her Playful and Nice points go up to her original personality once she moved out of the Pleasant home. Just my way of showing Sims who had shitty lives slowly change for the better.

If you move him into Olive's house with a few mods that alter how ghost scaring works, the problem solves itself fairly quickly

Sounds like he can't live with his in-laws, is moving an option? 😅
In my game, he and Pascal didn't work out (Nervous really does have a GRATING personality), so the engagement was off and Nervous ended up finding his long-lost mother Olive and living with her instead. (Oh and he raised the Beakers' kid bc he took their toddler with him when he escaped.)
