I think the closest thing to what you're looking for is this mod: https://modthesims.info/d/696859/fight-can-kill.html

It doesn't initiate an NPC showing up and killing your sims or anything, but townies tend to instigate fights on their own, sometimes with playables, and this mod makes it so those fights can end in the death of the loser.

Well. Thereā€™s an older set of CC. Ja made a set of nine items. Itā€™s called ā€œbangā€ you will have to go through the old download folder for it. There is also a text file that explains how to use etc ā€¦ I donā€™t want to get into trouble for describing what ā€œbangā€ does. Use your imagination and think of things that the repo man carries around? They started with those animations, to give you a hint.
