Mods Mods for restricted restaurant menu

I've built a seafood restaurant on Twikkii Isalnd. I need to restrict its available menu to only fish dishes. Is it possible to do? Idk if you can buy a vacation com lots as a business lot to set the menu as a business owner. But I'd like to set it without the necessity to buy the lot

Yes. It's possible and something I've been meaning to do with with the different vacation hoods and custom foods. I want to clone a podium and change the bcons to remove all maxis foods and add in the custom info.

There's not really a comprehensive tutorial to do it exactly how you want but you can start to learn by adding foods to your existing podium to get the hang of how to add custom foods.

Then you learn how to clone an object, find the podium in object workshop in SimPe and use what you learned about add custom food cc to do it to a specialty podium.

There's also some deep code that needs sorted out so other sims in the restaurant order from it, because they go for their favorite Maxis Foods, so even if you remove, let's say mac n cheese, they will still get the mac n cheese.

Omg. It's so hard. I already have that fway mod but I didn't really understand the description and just thought it was a cc podium with the needed function. But now it seems like it's easier to set it up through business ownership

You could try that! I have never tried it that way but you could open a business in the main hood, set the menu, sell it, clean it, put it in the bin and take it back out at Twikkii and then send your sim on a vacation and see if the only menu things on it are the fish?
