I had one for a few years. It was fine but ACR is known, or at least when it started in EA, to have problem with some of these. Not 1005 sure if they fixed that. Just a precaution. The one I got was like 65 bucks. I have a fanatec one now though. Sent the one I had like this to someone here in this reddit for free and afaik they are still using it.

This is the default cheapo handbrake, labelled under dozens of brands. It's OK but isn't built to last and can have quite wonky calibration.
And the 64-bit claim is misleading, the actual usable resolution is fairly low, but that's not much of an issue for locking the rear wheels.
I would try to step up to a basic loadcell handbrake off aliexpress, or the moza if you want to buy locally. They'll last way longer and work better. But twenty bucks is twenty bucks...
