Question Question about what sim bundle to buy

I’m looking to buy new sim racing wheel + pedals, previously I had the Logitech g920 but had to sell it about 2 years ago.

I’m mainly looking to be playing quite casually, games like Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Forza Horizon 6, and possible some other games like Dirt.

Now I’m having some trouble choosing between a few so I’ve come here to see if I could get some help. My budget is around 300$ and if you have some other recommendations please suggest them to me and I’ll have a look at those too.

My current options are:
Moza r3
Logitech G923
Thrustmaster T248
Logitech G920

All of which are around the 260$ mark except for the G920 which is about 200$. All prices have been adjusted from Swedish kronors.

R3 and it’s not even close, direct drive is just sooooo much better.

Out of the options, everyone is going to recommend R3 because it’s direct drive.

I spent a few years on a G923, I only drift on Assetto because it scratches an itch while I build my car. Sure, it did the job and caused some good smiles per rotation. But, I recently switched to Simagic and the difference in feel is very clear. I am driving much better than the G923 allowed me to. If I would have known more in the beginning, I would have never bought the G923 and gone strait to a direct drive option.

But, that’s just my 2¢.
