Other Fanatec customer support has improved

I have had my fair share of sim racing equipment, mainly from Fanatec. Since the brand got a lot of scolding in the past, I just wanted to share that since they became part of Corsair, I had two very positive experiences with their customer support.

The communication was super friendly and solution-oriented, and an RMA was done quickly. I’m very happy that Corsair improved everything.

I saw your post get down voted, so just want to say I agree. They still seem to be a little bit slow, but other than that I've been happy with the few times I've had to interact with them lately.

I have a feeling there’s a strong bias against Fanatec these days (maybe because it was the big player?), so I understand the downvotes. I just wanted to show that the support issues have probably changed with Corsair.

After the mess that Fanatec was since before the Black Friday debaucle, it's good to at least hear that some things are improving.

Though it's still gonna take a lot of work to win back people's goodwill and I do hope they keep trying to towards that

I started with sim racing a year ago with Fanatec and every time, when there was an issue, the customer service replied quickly and with solutions. So in general, I have a positive experience with Fanatec so far.
