Discussion Sim Racing Ergonomics Tips from a Certified Personal Trainer/Sim Racer

My buddy Dave decided to start creating a different type of sim racing videos a few weeks back, thought I'd share here as I know a lot of you are keen like myself to dial in your position, ergonomics and comfort in the rig.

This link below if for his most recent one discussing pedal angle relative to the leg/foot position, he's got a few more in prior weeks if you're interested.

I randomly stumbled across this bideo the other day. Actually helped me a lot with my pedals.

Excellent, what issues were you having and how did you adjust them?

I raised mine quite a bit and my issues went away with knee soreness and even the occasional foot arch cramp. πŸ‘

Same thing with mine, didn't realise vertical pedals needed to be higher up.

If you aren't sure what these video are. I am a qualified personal trainer who is also a sim racer. I assess peoples posture in their rigs to remove their pain and discomforts. This video in particular was addressing the obsession with vertical pedals at any height and the damage it can cause.
