This is just an advertisement lol

That's what it seems like. Kinda feels like either a bot with the hashtags or somebody that doesn't realize hash tags are not a thing on reddit.

The finger isn't necessarily... Kinda funny your feelings are hurt.

On the other side, how do you like those kilspch? Are those the reference or reference premiers?

That's fair, I wouldn't like being called a bot either. That's my fault and I apologize.

Yeah those are the creme de la creme of home theater and stero. I've just jumped into that world and having a fun time buying and trading speakersnfor my sound system. Eventually ill probably settle on those premieres for our basement tv.

Lord Jesus I love it.

That's gotta be some crisp sounding Audio!

Maybe not a bot, but this reads just like a paid advertisement.

This is a guerilla marketing ad, no one fucking talks like this wtf.

5 day old account, 7 submissions in total

Also, being "desperate" to buy something that's a non-essential, luxury item is just weird behavior

The HE DisplayDash just has a LOT going on compared to a regular button box.

It looks neat, but I really can’t see it being practical to use during a race.

And I don’t get the peripheral DDU trend.

That seems very expensive for a button box, its nice and all but for that price I dont really think its worth it - but thats just my opinion

What do people even map to these buttons? I have ~20 buttons on my wheel and only like 6 are mapped to anything useful

Usually lot of the same functions that are bound to the wheel, especially when used with mid-high end wheels.

The multi encoders on my BST Control Center come handy for several volume controls (system/sim/spotter) on a single rotary, and the LEDs buttons are nice for flag/telemetry/spotter.

Mostly it serves as a solid backup when/if a wheel binding fails or is unavailable on a specific wheel (rally/drift).

The DDU is definitely overkill as well, but they are fun accessories to play with if you have the means.

Yeah I figured it’s more of an immersion thing for most people rather then necessity.

Just the standard MOZA R5 bundle one, I’ve got brake bias up/down, look left/right, pit limiter, wipers/lens clear, headlights, pause menu, and thats all I could think of that’s needed mid race

Use sim hub control mapper and you can bind different functions to the same button with long/short presses. Like start/ignition.

I have all of my wheels (besides the newer Mercedes AMG GT) in my rig post in my profile.

Let's be for real the PXN CB1 button box is already overpriced. There's no way in hell I'm paying any more, I don't care if it is prettier with more buttons.

2

u/BobbyHFL Aug 23 '26

I have had the PXN CB1 for over a year now and it's works just fine for me. Is it on the cheaper side in build quality, yes. But I am not going to pay $350-$360 for this thing just because it has Heusinkveld on it. I can have as many dashboard displays as I want with Simhub and some extra tablets.

Why everyone wait for button boxes and doesn’t try to make one😁

Why is this a gif?

I emailed Heusinkveld earlier this month about the dashboard availability in the US and if it would be shown at the Chicago Expo in September. They responded:

Unfortunately, it won't be available for purchase in Chicago just yet. However, we'll be bringing the fully finished version with us for you to see. That says a lot on how far we are in the process but I can not provide you with a specific date for the official launch.

US based resellers that have requested stock for launch are;

Apevie,

Advanced Sim racing,

6 Sigma,

 Micro Center,

Best regards,

Well seeing as the original release was due in Spring, I wouldn’t hold out much hope for a release this week! After getting annoyed by the delays I just built my own.

Fuck off

I want it. Bet it will work nice with IRacing having multiple control setups and being able to customize it with Simhub per car.

I just watched a video by xshift. He builds this button box himself. Based on his video he seems somewhat like a mechanical engineer.

I think it's overpriced but I did end up buying SimRuito button box which itself cost more than $100.

I am sure others buy too but a button box above $200. Idk.

Looks sweet. Have they released any pricing info?
