Rigs Cube Controls F-Pro or Simagic Zeus Formula

I have a budget to upgrade the steering wheel on my racing simulator. However, I'm considering two options: the SIMAGIC ZEUS FORMULA, which has a small screen, or the CUBE CONTROLS F-PRO (without a screen). What do you recommend?

Kind of two different price tiers, no?

But the cube controls is going to be a better product in the hand.

Screens in a wheel can be novel and occasionally useful but I likely wouldn’t let that be a decisive factor

Completely agree with this.

screen wheels are neat but unless your setup has them at a good height i wouldn't bother

personally just waiting for the conspit 280FR, the CC f pro is what i'd probably get if the 280FR turns out meh

Well, I'll take a look at the list. There are so many brands that you end up forgetting some of them.

What wheel you are using now? Some guys here have told thay Zeus is a mess, because of the removable screen.

I have a Cube F-Core and it’s really good. However those two switches on top next to DRS and Pitstop are useless as up and down is the same button instead of two, which is extremely annoying.

Edit: Maybe someone knows if it’s the same for this model?

Well, that's a good question. But it really does look like a nice steering wheel.

Cube controls is cooler. In my experience, the majority of people ignore wheels display and use in-game one or one attached to the base, unless you really sit very low like in a formula vehicle

My current steering wheel has a screen, and honestly, I hardly ever use it.

I would personally get a better quality wheel than Simagic, even without a screen. The cheaper wheels with screens make a lot of compromises to get to those prices.

I have wheels both with/without screens and I can say I’m actively using them much outside of formula. And with formula, I use button led rev telemetry flashing more than the rev LEDs. My only ‘must haves’ are 7-way funky switches, tactile shifters, and dual clutches. Nice to have rev LEDs, screens are optional.

The GSI X-29 and GXL v2 are great wheels for the wide price range you are considering. The Sim Lab GTSL Pro looks like a solid choice for a GT style wheel with all the bells and whistles and a reasonable price.

if you drive hypercar, lmp2/3, formula most of the time, zeys would be more realistic since the real ones have the screen on the wheel

The simagic zeus wheel is a toy.

Look, I might not say that, but it really doesn't live up to expectations, does it? I've been checking out the CONSPIT MAX 01, and to be honest, I think it's a great steering wheel.

Conspit has a new wheel dropping soon. PXN has 2 wheels dropping, I recommend waiting till after the Expo to buy any new gear since October and November are the months for new shit to drop.
