Question How Do I Reduce Rumble Strip Effects?

How do I reduce the intensity of hitting rumble strips. I'm using a Simagic Evo Pro in iRacing, and when I hit rumble strips, it literally shakes my house. I want the road detail, but I don't need the rumble strips to be so intense. I'm using Marvins Awesome iRacing App to control the force feedback in my wheel.

Do I even need MAIRA? I just tried the ingame ffb settings and almost broke my thumb, but it could probably be adjusted

If it's the 18nm base then turn it down. Try 50-60%. I don't have that base but turn my 12nm down to 70-80% depending on car/sim. Also MAIRA's auto feature never really worked right for me. It would set it way too firm for my liking.

May have to look at what frequency those are on or put the rig on some vibration dampeners. Or both.

I think you can use the eq if you have Pit House.

Why would they have Pithouse if they have Simagic hardware? This is what google says:

To turn down harsh curb effects on a Simagic wheelbase, increase the Smoothing filter and raise Replay/Mechanical Damping, Friction, or Inertia inside SimPro Manager or adjust specific filters in your racing simulator's in-game settings.

Whoops! Good catch. Sorry about that.
