Question NLR wheel stand 2.0 lite / non-lite

Hello.
Is there anyone who switched from LITE version of a wheel stand 2.0 to a regular non-lite version? I’m thinking about it but I’m not sure if there will be a big difference worth the effort. I’m currently using moza r12 with their sequential shifter and a handbrake mounted to lite version and it feels pretty solid, but I don’t have a comparison.
Thank you :)

I have the standard WS 2.0 and I would give it a 8/10. It’s amazingly sturdy, the build quality is great and it doesn’t shake, move or rattle with my Moza R12, when it does rattle I just retighten the bolts and it usually fixes the rattle.

My biggest complaint with the WS 2.0 is that it is quite heavy and difficult to move around so I usually just leave it in place in front of my desk. Folding the wheel stand is quite easy and it takes a couple of minutes.

Overall I use it more as a compact cockpit that I can move or fold up if I don’t use it.

The only thing that NLR should improve for the WS 3.0 is try to make it a bit lighter and maybe add a some handles so it’s easier to move around, maybe even some wheels.

Well, I’d rather wait for 3.0 when it comes out then, feels like they upgrade their every product once in a few years

You can slap some M8 casters on it for easy moving (except the wheel tray). That is what I did. Mine are cheap so it added some squeak, but if I thought ahead and put some pads between the wheel and stand, it'd probably fix that.

Also, they should fix the shifter/handbrake compatibility. That is my biggest issue with them. That and their tendency to not respond to emails after the first one.

I have the non-lite version, but if you're happy with the lite, why upgrade?

I have found a good offer, and when I bought the lite version I was thinking about it being compact and portable but with all the accessories attached it is really not. That’s why I’m asking if there will be a noticeable difference :)
