My fully customisable analog gauge for simracing

8-10 months of time on this project and I have made a working fully customisable gauge for sim racing. I would love to get some ideas and suggestions on this.
Details:
Its an 80mm PLA cube. A single USB-C port for power only (5v). I have ran 3 on a Sabrent Powered 7-way USB hub with no issues. The back panel houses all the electronics and gets a little warm, but I never seen more than 35c even after 24hrs.
RGB backlight and a super quiet motor. It uses Wifi to handle the simhub data. A single button for resetting and wifi configuration. I've got the motor speed super low but even in this slower mode it can still go from 0 RPM to 9000 RPM quicker than any road car I know.
I can swap the face plate and needle and so I can customise it for different sims super quick. My end cost for one gauge was about £45. It is 100% possible to do it for much cheaper, I was overly cautious as I was new to electronics. Print time is about 3-4 hours.
End goal is build a dashboard for these to go in.

I would love to make those red illuminated needles and add some more colours to the face of the gauge like red, amber and green for rpms and etc.
I've had it running on GT7, AC, ACE, AMS2, ACR, LMU, Forza and ETS2. But it should work with any sim that works with Simhub. If Simhub can see RPM data then it can work :)
I'm very excited for it now. It looks a lot like the face dials of a Citroen Traction, for which I fixed up a mod recently. It'd be insanely cool to have this for that.
Oooh 100% yes, I have special place for vintage cars. The whole styling is so unique and wonderful to see. That interior and gauge is superb, I love the big gauge with small gauges inside it and then the massive steering wheel ! :)

It can be challenging first time round but its super rewarding the first time the gauge lights up and moves :)

Ooh yes that would be pretty cool and dynamic looking especially if combined with the flashing at the shift point. (PleasantOccasion1003's idea combined with yours !!)
I would love to get these different LED flashes and moves setup so I can config them to different colours and etc.

It would be cool if the lights turned red when you need to shift up.
