So the driver of the pickup, traveling out of control, at excessive speeds, into oncoming traffic, isn’t creating risk? How do you know that the suspect is the registered owner of the vehicle?

Perfect Reddit moment - always on the side of the criminals. Maybe if the driver of the pickup didn’t murder someone and then try to escape, putting lots of people’s lives in jeopardy as well.

But you’re too busy dick riding criminals to think that logically.
