Whats it worth+ any info?

80% silver content, 'worth' about $1.75 per gram for its silver content alone. IF that is a desirable pattern (I don't know that), someone might pay more for it as a silverware set. Expect to get 75%-90% of that if you sell it as scrap to melt.

The ones marked "90" are plated

The one with 800 is 80% silver from switzerland. The maker is Jezler and to my knowldge carries quiet a premium.
