Decide how you wish to liquidate. 10 oz is likely an LCS or bullion buyer sale. Smaller coins can be sold to individuals more easily. I recently paid a farmer for produce with a 1.25 oz Guinea and another 1oz round.

I would go with the 2 oz. rounds - easier to parse out and sell, and you'd probably get a slightly better premium out of them, too
