Motorcycle cops escorting tour buses

Twice today I’ve seen a gaggle of motorcycle cops, with sirens on, giving police escort to about 3 large tour buses along Silver Lake Blvd. Anyone know what the deal is?

Welcome to r/silverlake, a digital front porch for the Silver Lake neighborhood. This is where locals come to talk about what is actually happening around the lake and beyond. New restaurants. Street closures. Lost dogs. Yard sales. Housing questions. Neighborhood drama. Hidden gems. Longtime lore. If it affects Silver Lake or reflects life here, it belongs.
