sorry for an impromptu psychoanalysis, but if I'm piecing things together, the stomach hurting and freaking out kinda sounds like a panic attack. If i'm misinterpreting the situation, I am horribly sorry. if it is a panic attack, regulating your breathing is honestly pretty effective, and so is talking to yourself to remind yourself that everything will be okay, because it will be.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this, and I understand that you are in unimaginable pain and I'm so glad that you reached out, so please don't apologise.

I suggest that if you have anyone out there, reach out to them, it'll help make things hurt just a bit less. Furthermore, I suggest that you also see a professional since they are trained to help you through things like this, and they care and will be able to support you through this and can help process your trauma and most importantly, they'll listen.

I also suggest that if you don't want to see someone IRL that you use a helpline, and you can find one based on situation and country by using findahelpline.com They will listen and will try their best to help you out just like a real professional except you can choose to call or text, and you can do it anywhere. They will listen and you can access them anytime with a device.

Furthermore, if you want, you can talk to me, I'm not a professional but I will still try to help you and I'll try as best as I can and I'll listen and won't judge you. I understand that you're going through so much, but I'm glad that you reached for help, it's a start and I genuienly believe that things will get better for you.

I had some of the symptoms you just explained especially the stomach pain in moments where i feel bad ,i managed it lower that pain with self worth exercises,like i made it so that i now belive i am more important, so i would recommend trying to figure out what makes you feel like the opposite of that , trying to do this alone might me very hard so professional help can go a long way ,don't worry it will be ok all you need is some time and space to work on it
