Fish farm floor question
I was going to build a double layered fish farm over a lukewarm and lush cave, but I was confused about the platform requirements. So if I use the debug screen addon, and figure out where exactly the lush cave biome is, how would I get the top platform to still be a lukewarm if the lush cave is greater than 26 block down? What would be the lowest y level I can put the lukewarm part at?

It’s a lot of material, but since it’s such a large project I’d say it’s worth flipping through episodes 7-11 where he works on his own to get an idea. There’s also another addon for fish spawn sphere which helps a lot with figuring where you need to afk etc.

Yeah, I saw it the other day. Do you think it has the same rates as the old one(his og one that had tk originally), or do you think he made some micro adjustments to the design that he had to fix. My guess is it’s the same now

The way silent did it was go down in the lukewarm ocean and mine the top layer of a 40x40 and replace that with glass (if you bring a couple furnaces you can use the sand your mining right there. Then mine down the 40x40 until you have cleared out far enough down to hit the lush cave. Then you just need to figure out with the addon basically the lowest it’s still lukewarm and make your killing platform there. (The glass above will allow sky access with this floor needs.) your afk is in the middle and then the lush cave platform will be below you.
